![]() ![]() ![]() Portable Goose Hunting Blind If you look closely on the left there's a goose hunting blind in every picture. We are avid portable hunting blind users. They can adapt to most field hunting situations. A lot of the newer models these days come with great accessories. The one shown below is my favorite, as it's a great way to hunt with your dog. I've seen some dogs jump out of blinds without them while the owner is shooting. Pretty risky for me so we've switched to this model.
On top of the dog door like shown above, there's some other options I'd like to include. I like to have various camouflage blind covers, as well. You can get them in snow, grain, corn or green. A lot of blinds are tedious to carry and transport. Blinds like to the left are easily towed, while also transporting gear and decoys. This is nice when the spot you're hunting requires no vehicle transportation. I've also had a problem with goose hunting blind frames. While getting in and out, it's all too easy to put your weight on the frame. This will damage your blind and you'll have to get it fixed over time. The model on the left opens right up, so you can easily enter and exit without and interference or damage. |
